Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to support customer demand.
• Oversee order fulfillment timelines, working with logistics and internal departments to ensure shipments meet customer expectations.
• Manage customer accounts and serve as a primary contact for ongoing inquiries, product questions, and account support.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer orders within ERP systems, ensuring accurate pricing, quantities, and order details.
• Prepare and process customer quotes, verify product pricing and availability, and follow up on quote requests.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, product concerns, and account issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer account information, pricing records, order history, and operational documentation.
• Analyze order activity and identify potential shortages, fulfillment challenges, or recurring issues that may impact customer operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service workflows, ERP processes, and overall operational efficiency.
