Job summary

Cardinal Health in Tennessee seeks a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to provide outstanding service and manage Trade accounts. You will support field sales, handle contract administration, and ensure timely order fulfillment with professional customer support.

Build relationships with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Commercial, while working in a Hybrid/Flex model with on-site training and client engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must live within a 1-hour radius of LaVergne, TN.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded.
• Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders, changes, and inquiries.
• Liaises on invoicing, reimbursement and resolution of issues with customers.
• Reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and returns with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Collaborates with internal partners to support customer and stakeholder needs.
