Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns from initial contact through final resolution to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues ranging from routine requests to complex issues requiring detailed research and follow-up.
• Process customer orders, returns, and order-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns.
• Support sales-related activities within approved limits.
• Manage aged and escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.
