Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts and drive growth for a global brand owner relationship in personal care. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver strategic sales plans across multiple locations, including the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military ranking reflected for U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business accounts for a global brand owner relationship in personal care.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships and negotiations.
• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.
• Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional teams.
