Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand-owner relationships across multiple locations including Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; and remote East Coast options.

You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, lead cross-functional teams, and build a strong pipeline through collaborations with TS&D and Marketing. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
