Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is looking for a Customer Experience Representative II to manage and execute customer freight orders, build strong relationships, and help maximize freight potential.

You will support on-time delivery, accurate billing, and proactive load communications, while assisting with escalations and specialty services. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, collaboration with internal teams, and professional handling of inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2-3 years of Customer Service or Sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience
• Strong communication and adaptability to changing assignments
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Sales-focused mindset and customer-centric approach

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships and provide solutions to meet needs and goals
• Monitor and support on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing
• Respond to internal and external customers to resolve questions and minimize service failures
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments to optimize transit time
• Enter customer orders into the system and provide information to operations
• Obtain approval for accessorial charges and spot rates
• Serve as point of contact for load inquiries and capacity availability
• Assist with small escalations and specialty services
