Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to execute customer freight orders and support daily operations.

Under routine supervision, you’ll help meet volume goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Key duties include promoting positive customer relationships, monitoring on-time delivery, resolving issues, scheduling pickups, and documenting charges.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years in customer service or sales, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Sales-focused mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships by engaging regularly and providing solutions.
• Monitor on-time delivery, accuracy of billing, and service quality.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and minimize service failures.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery to optimize transit time.
• Enter orders in the system and track loads for operations.
• Obtain approvals for accessorial charges and spot rates.
• Serve as main contact for load updates and capacity.
