Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Car Rental brands. A Senior Customer Assistance Representative is opening a full-time role in Florence, SC, providing high-level customer service to internal and external customers at local branches or airport locations.

The role includes reservations, rate quotes, capturing information, greeting customers, and assisting with returns and billing tasks. A robust benefits package complements the position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolutions.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, A/Rs, and other follow-ups.
• Provide high-level customer service in person and over the phone; meet and greet customers.
• Assist with rental processes, returns, check-ins, and exit transactions.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features; upsell optional products and services.
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing support, reports, and maintenance scheduling.
