Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 3–5 years in Ocean logistics or shipping operations.
• Experience with SCM and LCL operations.
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• KPI-driven with results focus.
• Cross-team collaboration and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Integrated Ocean and SCM accounts.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout shipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet targets.
• Monitor service levels, transit milestones, and performance metrics.
• Proactively identify and prevent service failures; implement improvements.
• Deliver customized reporting and data insights to support scorecards.
• Analyze trends and root causes; implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain high vendor performance for timely cargo delivery.
• Support onboarding of junior team members through training and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Maersk products and services.
