Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of cloud architecture experience in a customer-facing role.
• 3 years of team management through sales processes, operations, and career development.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Customer Engineering team for two clusters within SLED Central and drive a growth culture emphasizing talent strategy and development.
• Provide trusted technical and solution advice to accelerate workload migration and remove technical impediments for customers.
• Partner with Google Cloud Sales leadership to define technical go-to-market strategies and execution plans for the team's book of business.
• Balance technical leadership with operational excellence; lead workload and opportunity review meetings and define migration strategies with customers, partners, and prospects.
• Work cross-functionally with Google and partners to resolve technical roadblocks including capacity needs and product challenges affecting customer satisfaction.
