Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Manager of Customer Engineering to lead a high-performing team of Customer Engineers across the enterprise lifecycle. You will partner with Regional Sales to ensure technical execution, drive platform adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.

The role requires a commercially-minded engineering leader who uses AI-augmented workflows to scale impact, with experience guiding CEs and interfacing with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing, leading, or mentoring customer-facing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Customer Engineers who serve as trusted technical advisors across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with Regional Sales Leadership to align technical resources with pipeline opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee technical health, onboarding, and platform adoption for the account portfolio; escalate complex architectural challenges.
• Track and manage team performance against quotas, SaaS metrics, and time-to-value milestones.
