Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for Central & Eastern Europe, Russian-speaking, with a hybrid work model across Amsterdam or London. You will bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding enterprise customers from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and full lifecycle expansion.

You will lead technical validation, design onboarding blueprints, and partner with Account Executives to drive customer health, risk management, and expansion.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong architectural design and ability to translate technical concepts to business outcomes.
• Commercial experience in quota-carrying environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, capture business requirements, and map infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own onboarding and migration blueprints, guiding customer engineering teams through best practices.
• Drive quarterly business reviews translating Cloudflare capabilities into business ROI.
• Act as trusted advisor across lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
