Pendo is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to own strategic Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, and expansion. You will lead technical strategy for complex deployments and coordinate with account teams to drive retention and customer value.

This remote role supports an East Coast territory, with a focus on building repeatable playbooks and coaching peers. You’ll use AI to accelerate content creation and outcomes.

Formación

• 5–8 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs.
• Experience connecting technical execution to business outcomes like retention and expansion.
• Hands-on use of AI tools integrated into day-to-day work.
• Mentoring or coaching junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation.
• Drive pre-sales with demos, requirements gathering, and workshops.
• Own onboarding, plan implementations, and guide complex deployments.
• Identify expansion opportunities and connect technical work to business outcomes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges and improve team playbooks.
