Pendo is seeking a Senior Pre- & Post-Sales Customer Engineer to own strategic Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, and expansion. This remote role supports a West Coast territory, partnering with Account Directors to craft tailored demos and lead technical evaluations.

You’ll build onboarding playbooks, guide complex deployments, and drive value realization over time while leveraging AI to accelerate content, patterns, and workflows across the team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management).
• Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs in complex front-end deployments.
• Proven ability to manage strategic Enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and workflow automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre- and post-sales activities for strategic Enterprise accounts, aligning technical strategy with business value.
• Engineer onboarding and deployment plans, including integrations, training, and playbooks.
• Identify adoption opportunities, diagnose blockers, and drive expansion through measurable outcomes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges and collaborate with Product/Engineering when needed.
• Create reusable playbooks and workflows to elevate team capabilities across Customer Engineering.
