Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to optimize customer utilization and ROI on our AI security platform. Expect 25–50% travel as you engage with global clients and drive adoption through onboarding, training, and strategic use cases.

You will lead customer engagements, advocate for user feedback, and collaborate with product teams to shape the roadmap while delivering measurable value and strong retention.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert on the company Platform.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers at all levels, from practitioners to executives.
• Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes.
• Proactively ensure customers realize the full value of their investment and maximize ROI.
• Mentor other team members and participate in interviewing for new hires.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate progress and identify improvements.
