Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: lead discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver demos/PoCs.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding, health, risk, and expansion activities.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: manage quota, drive platform adoption and cross-sell opportunities.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
