Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an AI Solutions Specialist to design and implement AI-powered customer support and operations solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, select technologies, and guide projects from discovery through deployment.

Responsibilities include leading client sessions, demos, and technical discussions, plus ensuring reliability and scalability of AI workflows across platforms and integrations.

Qualifications

Fluent English communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience turning business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Hands-on AI chatbot and voicebot deployments for support.
Knowledge of AI platforms, integrations, and data flows.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI solutions from client requirements.
Define architecture, integrations, data flows, and implementation plan.
Develop AI-powered solutions: chatbots, agent assist, automation.
Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and knowledge retrieval.
Lead discovery sessions and demos; guide projects to deployment.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable, scalable outcomes.
