Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to lead technical validation, onboarding, and expansion for major Southwest accounts. You will bridge technical strategy and business value, working as a quota-carrying technologist within the GTM organization, and leveraging AI-augmented workflows.

You will guide customers from discovery through deployment, ensuring successful migrations, integration, and ongoing value realization across DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, and security services.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–50% to meet customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own onboarding and migration blueprints, guiding customer engineering teams.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and expansion opportunities with customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate routine tasks and increase efficiency.
