Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market strategy, bridging technical strategy with business value for enterprise clients. You will guide pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and expansion, acting as the primary engineering contact.

In this role you’ll own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, and risk management while leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce toil and accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Ability to design enterprise network and security architectures.
Strong communication translating technical concepts to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and map customer requirements to Cloudflare architectures.
Oversee onboarding and migration blueprints with customers.
Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI.
Provide advisory on architecture, AI control layers, and deployment confidence.
Create and maintain technical resources and SOPs for customers.
