Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical acumen across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and modern developer platforms.
• Proven track record in a quota-bearing or revenue-aligned environment.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management, bridging technical details with C-level business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and build bespoke architectures for customers.
• Oversee customer onboarding, technical health, risk management, and expansion strategy.
• Drive quarterly business reviews to translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Utilize AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on high-value advisory.
