Qualifications

• Experience: 8–12 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Architectural mindset to design enterprise network and security architectures.
• Consultative and advisory skills to translate technical concepts to business outcomes.
• Commercial mindset with quota-carrying or revenue-aligned experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge across Internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI, and developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infra to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy with Account Executives.
• Lead technical quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, managing deployment confidence.
• Leverage AI to automate routine CE workflows and improve efficiency.
