B Capital is searching for a Senior Customer Engineer in Raleigh to act as the technical architect guiding customers in leveraging Novus for product insights. You will engage deeply with high-growth accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from their data integration with Pendo.

With a focus on innovative problem-solving, you will document implementation frameworks and serve as a vital link between customer feedback and product development. Successful candidates will have substantial experience in technical roles, particularly in using Git and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in a highly technical, customer-facing role.
• Deep comfort with Git workflows and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to connect code with user behavior for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Displayed passion for AI and agent workflows.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Guide CTOs and engineers through connecting repositories to Novus.
• Help customers transition quickly from implementation to insights.
• Identify technical expansion paths with Novus data.
• Document best practices and implement frameworks.
• Act as a primary feedback loop for product improvements.
