Job summary

Pendo is seeking a Customer Engineer in Raleigh to serve as the primary technical resource for Commercial accounts. You will partner with Account Directors to own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy.

This hybrid role is based in Raleigh with in-office expectations. You will lead technical discovery, onboarding for modules, and troubleshooting across APIs, data models, and front‑end implementations.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years in a customer-facing technical role.
Hands-on web tech experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in enterprise software and B2B environments.
Active use of AI tools to accelerate workflows.
Ability to operate in a pod model with Account Directors.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Directors to own discovery, demos, onboarding and adoption.
Lead technical discovery across product stacks and integrations.
Own onboarding for modules, troubleshoot integrations and APIs.
Monitor usage, address low adoption, and articulate ROI of Pendo.
Identify expansion paths and plan deployments with business rationale.
Own technical risk and document mitigation plans with leadership.
Maintain Salesforce documentation and support account research and prep.
