Job summary

Pendo is seeking a Sr. PSE Consultant to design engagements, build custom data solutions, and lead multi-project delivery from Raleigh or SF or remote. You will code production-grade integrations, design ETL pipelines, and advise on data architectures for advanced analytics and AI use cases.

You will mentor consultants, develop reusable patterns, and drive customer outcomes while shaping how Pendo delivers transformations across industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS with hands-on coding and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and scope engagements with stakeholders and write Statements of Work.
• Develop custom integrations and data solutions; build APIs and data pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects including data work.
• Advise on data architecture, integration patterns, and analytics strategy.
• Create reusable code libraries and integration patterns for the team.
• Share field intelligence to inform product and adoption strategies.
