Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical acumen spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles with SaaS metrics.
• Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management, bridging technical details and C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and design bespoke architectures.
• Deliver product demonstrations and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Maintain continuous customer relationships from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on advisory.
