Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at our Highland, IL location. The role provides high-level customer service for internal and external customers, including rental back-up, service, and administrative support at city branches or airport locations.

The position pays 19.05 USD per hour and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule entails a 47-hour work week with overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers and other stakeholders.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and other calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
• Assess rental condition upon return and process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Assist in marketing the company while transporting customers safely and courteously.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other available services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Notify management of any known vehicle problems and required maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks such as billing support, accounts receivable, logs, and reports.
