Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at the Mattoon, IL branch. The role provides high-level customer service for internal and external customers, including rental back-up, service support, and administrative tasks in-home city branches or airport locations.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek; full-time with a benefits package including PTO, discounts, retirement plan, extended health benefits, life insurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolutions.
• Manage outbound calls for callbacks, ARs, and other tasks as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service in person or over the phone and assist with rental needs.
