Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver high‑level customer service at in‑home city branches or airport locations. You will handle reservations, quotes, and inquiries by phone or in person, ensuring a smooth rental experience while supporting administrative tasks and service targets.

This role pays $19.05 per hour and includes benefits such as PTO, employee discounts, retirement savings, extended health coverage, life insurance, and training

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face and phone interactions.
Ability to provide a high level of service and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
Provide high level customer service in person and by phone, assisting customers and branches.
Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions as needed.
Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections or upgrades.
Support billing, research, and reporting tasks as required by management.
