Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or admin support.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions with professional service.
• Provide high level customer service and assess rental needs in person and by phone.
• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner and provide directions as needed.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features; upsell protection products when appropriate.
