Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, a leading provider of mobility solutions, seeks a Customer Assistance Representative Sr in St. Louis. You will handle reservations, inquiries and service at in-branch or airport locations, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and efficient process execution.

The role includes taking calls, assisting customers in person, processing returns, and supporting billing and reports. A 47-hour week applies with overtime over 40 hours; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with <=2 moving violations/accidents in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, quotes, questions and issue resolution.
• Manage callback, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls.
• Provide high level customer service in person and by phone.
• Greet customers, give directions and assist with rentals.
• Assess rental condition at return; process returns and check-ins.
• Market the company while assisting customers in a safe, courteous manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services; sell optional products.
• Notify management of vehicle problems and maintenance; assist with billing and reports.
