Enterprise Mobility in Decatur, IL is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Senior (CAR Sr). The role involves high-level customer service, assisting internal and external customers, and supporting rental activities at the Decatur branch or airport locations.

You will handle reservations, rate quotes, and counseling while working a defined weekday schedule. Starting pay is $17.00/hour for a 40-hour week with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, answers, and provide information to customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assess condition of rental upon return and process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while picking up customers or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features, and upsell optional products and services.
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and required maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks such as billing support, transfers, logs, and reports.
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.
