Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at our Effingham, IL location. The role provides high-level customer service, handling reservations, inquiries, and administrative support in home city branches or airport locations.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a full-time schedule, benefits, and opportunities for training and development within a large, global mobility company.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolve issues.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, accounts receivable, and other tasks as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
