Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at the Yuba City branch to deliver high-quality service to customers and internal teams. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with any Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, and provide information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Process returns, check-ins, and assist with billing and administrative tasks.
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and provide directions or general assistance.
• May upsell optional protection products and services as appropriate.
