Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at our Chiefland, FL location. This full-time role provides high-level customer service to internal and external customers, with responsibilities in reservations, check-ins, and administrative support at home-city branches or airport locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience.
• Basic level experience with a PC and Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations and no at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in past 5 years.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other parties.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while picking up customers or dropping off customers in a safe, courteous manner.
