Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must have worked 12 consecutive months or more at most recent employer.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, ARs and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while picking up or dropping off customers safely.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and other services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades and fuel options.
• Notify management of vehicle problems and maintenance needs.
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior as needed.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks such as billing, ARs, transfers, and reports.
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.
