Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands and is hiring for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr. to assist customers and support branch needs.

The role includes face‑to‑face service, reservations, and basic administrative tasks at a small airport or neighborhood location in Texas. The position pays $16/hr and requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or hospitality.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and assist customers with reservations and general questions.
• Provide high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers, provide directions, and assist with rental needs and terms.
