Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at our Pittsfield, MA location. The role involves high-level customer service, assisting internal and external customers, and providing rental back-up and administrative support in-home city branches or airport locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while assisting customers in a safe and courteous manner.
