Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year prior customer service or retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license with limited violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work a posted schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions.
• Provide high level of customer service in person and by phone.
• Meet and greet customers and assess rental needs.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections.
• Perform administrative and billing support tasks.
