Enterprise Mobility has an exciting part-time opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at our Redding, CA location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, supporting branch and rental needs, and acting as a rental back-up in a busy setting.

Ideal candidates will have recent customer service experience, a valid CA driver's license, and the ability to work 25 hours per week with a schedule between 7:30am and 6pm on weekdays and Saturdays.

Formación

• Must have recent and relevant customer service experience in the last 2 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must not have interviewed with any Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months.
• Valid California driver's license required.
• Availability for a 25 hour per week schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls for reservations, quotes, and questions; provide information and resolution.
• Handle outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous tasks.
• Deliver high level customer service in person and by phone.
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
• Assess rental condition at return and process check-ins.
• Assist with returns and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while safely returning customers to their vehicles.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Offer optional protection products and upgrades where appropriate.
• Notify management of known vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
• Clean interiors/exteriors as needed and perform basic admin tasks.
