Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a full-time customer service role at our Redding, CA location. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek, with a comprehensive benefits package.

The role includes handling reservations, inquiries, and providing high-level customer service both in person and by phone. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing returns and check-ins, explaining rental terms and features, and supporting billing and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have recent and relevant customer service experience in the last 2 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed with any Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months.
• This position requires valid CA driver’s license.
• Must have availability for the posted schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous inquiries.
• Deliver high levels of customer service in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers promptly and assist with rental needs.
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
• Assess rental condition on return and complete check-ins and exit transactions.
• Market the company while handling pickups and drop-offs safely and courteously.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services clearly.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options when appropriate.
• Notify Management of vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks including billing support and reporting.

Position Details

This is a full time position with a starting rate of pay $21.00 based on a 40 hour workweek.

The schedule for this position would be between the hours of 7:30am and 6pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 9am and 2pm.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Provide directions and general assistance
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
• Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
