Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr in Ontario, CA. The role focuses on delivering high-level customer service, supporting branch and rental needs, and backing up rentals in a busy city location. Starting pay is $19/hour with a 40-hour workweek.

Open availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, is required, and benefits are provided. Training and development opportunities are offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of prior sales experience (retail, customer facing preferred).
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and questions, providing information and resolution.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to assess rental needs and deliver high-level service.
• Greet customers, provide directions, and support vehicle returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products or upgrades.
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing support, accounts receivables, and reports.
