Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at our Mauldin, SC branch. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling reservations, rate quotes, and in-branch assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing returns and check-ins, and explaining rental terms. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a starting pay of $18 per hour for a 40-hour week.

Competenze

• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, A/Rs, and related tasks.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone; assist customers with rental needs.
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner; provide directions and general assistance.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products; upsell when appropriate.
