Enterprise Mobility seeks a Customer Assistance Representative Sr in Greenville, SC. You will provide high-level customer service for internal and external customers, handling reservations, rate quotes, and inquiries in person or by phone.

The role is full-time at $18 per hour with a 40-hour workweek, offering a benefits package including PTO, discounts, retirement plan, health benefits, and training opportunities.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations (past 3 years) and no disqualifying offenses in past 5 years.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Assist customers and branches with rental needs in person or by phone.
• Greet customers and provide directions and assistance.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections.
• Perform billing and basic administrative tasks as needed.
