Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at our Charleston area branch to deliver a high level of customer service in person and by phone. The role supports rental operations, including reservations, rate quotes, returns processing and daily administrative tasks, with training provided at the local branch.

The position offers a full-time schedule at the 7291 Cross County Road North Charleston, SC location, with a starting pay of $18 per hour and a benefits

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, providing information and resolution for customers and other branches.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, accounts receivable and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone, meet and greet customers, and assist with rental needs.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Perform basic administrative and billing support tasks and communicate rental terms and services.
