Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) in Beaufort, SC to provide superior customer service in rental operations across branch and airport locations. The role includes scheduling, direct customer interactions, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions; provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurers, dealerships, repair shops and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while assisting customers during pickup/drop-off in a safe, courteous manner.
• Understand and communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment.
• Notify management of vehicle problems and required maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior as needed.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks (billing, A/Rs, logs, reports, inventory).
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.
