Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Customer Architect to drive technical success plans and adoption for customers. You will collaborate with account teams and services to align Elastic solutions with customer business goals and expand ARR.

This hands-on role emphasizes on-site engagement with customers, travel, and delivering value through Observability, Security, and Enterprise Search.

• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage and support.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption while driving consumption.
• Understand and articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align them with business goals.
• Identify and eliminate technical frictions to promote smoother adoption and implementation of Elastic solutions.
• Liaise between customers and support to ensure optimized resolution and adoption.
• Deliver personalized, frictionless solutions in collaboration with the Service Team.
• Translate customer business needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities for ARR growth.
