• Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to complete monthly cash counts and FCA requests.
• Perform daily office duties with CSR and Bankers to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain balancing records and correct outages per policy.
• Stay up-to-date on bank policies and procedures and apply them in daily work.
• Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
