Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Work involves extensive cash handling.
• In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures, to perform the essential duties with minimal supervision.
• Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
• Must take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution.
• Act as a leader and a resource for both customers and platform team.

• Flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships and guide customers to meet financial needs.
• Provide follow up to customer questions and find solutions.
• Be responsive and timely with correspondence to keep lines of communication open.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Follow the Bank's Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to ensure monthly cash counts.
• Gather and report monthly FCA requests.
• Perform daily office responsibilities with CSR and Bankers to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain a balancing record in line with policy.
• Identify outages and assist others as needed.
• Keep up to date on bank policies and procedures.
