Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Lead CSR / Teller for the Chicago area. This Full Time role focuses on customer service excellence, handling cash, and refer­ring customers to bankers and partners for consultative financial conversations.

The position expects strong interpersonal skills, adherence to policies, and the ability to train new CSRs while maintaining confidentiality and trust with customers.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive cash handling experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact confidently with the public.
• Able to take initiative and exercise sound judgment.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsabilidades

• Deepen customer relationships and guide customers to appropriate financial solutions.
• Provide timely follow-up to customer questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with policies.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Conduct and Ethics in all actions.
• Collaborate with Financial Center Manager on monthly cash counts and FCA requests.
• Perform daily office duties with CSR and Bankers to ensure efficient operations.
• Train newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
• Refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative discussions.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services offered.
