Job summary

Gocertify is seeking a Senior CSM / Account Manager to own a focused book of brand accounts, driving retention, adoption and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Head of Client Success to identify opportunities, shape account plans, and advance commercial conversations that turn activity into measurable outcomes.

You will be responsible for renewals, expansions and value-based campaigns, while maintaining disciplined CRM records and coordinating with internal teams to resolve blockers

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercially accountable Client Success or Account Management role in SaaS or subscription models.
• Experience in retail/e-commerce or affiliate/partnerships landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your portfolio, connecting client goals to revenue opportunities.
• Run structured QBRs with a commercial focus and manage renewals.
• Identify and progress expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts.
• Maintain CRM data, next steps, and opportunities; report on retention and growth.
• Lead commercial conversations around value and contract terms.
